People experiencing memory loss due to Alzheimer's disease or another cognitive issue are invited to attend with care partners to enjoy conversation and connection. Each month features a new theme.
The Memory Cafe is an opportunity for those affected by Alzheimer's disease or other memory issues and their care partners to participate in activities and enjoy socialization together. Each month a different theme is presented. Co-sponsored by the Barrington Area Council on Aging (BACOA) and the Outreach Services department of Ela Area Public Library Memory Cafe provides a comfortable atmosphere where conversation, music, crafts and sharing can be the focus. We are now meeting virtually via the Zoom format. Registration is required to receive the Zoom invitation.
