A rapidly evolving hiring landscape calls for a confident, strategic approach to the job search. The content focuses on building a targeted search strategy, strengthening networking efforts, and maximizing the value of job fairs and recruiting events. Simple organizational tools are introduced to help streamline applications and follow‑ups. Practical ways to use AI to uncover new opportunities are also highlighted.
