Master that chef knife! Learn classic cutting techniques as well as knife care and safety. Chef Cherise will teach you how to chiffonade, julienne, dice, mince, brunoise, and more. Please bring a large cutting board and your favorite “sharpened” chef knife to class. A fresh, creamy vegetable dip will be available for sampling and you’ll go home with the recipe too. Space is limited. Ela cardholders only. Registration begins July 1.
