Celebrate the start of summer with a FREE scoop of ice cream. Cook’s Ice Cream Scoop Bus returns to serve up the tastiest hand-dipped treats. Enjoy lawn games, music and stop by the Volunteer Fair (Meeting Rooms A&B) for a chance to win gift cards to local restaurants. One scoop, per person, per library card, while supplies last. Rain or shine.
