When times were tough during the Great Depression, there was one tiny, spunky, curly-haired, adorable little girl that American families could count on to put a smile on their face and brighten their hearts. Her name was Shirley Temple. Historian Jim Gibbons will discuss the life and many accomplishments of Shirley Temple, who has warmed the hearts of many across the generations.
