Presenter Eugene Flynn returns to share a cultural overview of Belgium and The Netherlands taking us on a river boat tour of these "low countries". Registration requires an email address for Zoom.

Our program begins with an overview of the geography and history of these two countries and later explores windmills, past & present, the world's largest tulip festival and of course those famous Belgian chocolates.
